Noah McBride

Third-generation Realtor, broker-owner of Century 21 Magnolia, and the person who built The McBride Team's process around one idea: the client should always know the next step.

Noah McBride is a third-generation Realtor and the broker-owner of Century 21 Magnolia in Evans, Georgia. He earned his license at the end of 2019, went full time in early 2020, and purchased the brokerage on January 1, 2023, three years to the day after the conversation with his grandfather, a fifty-year veteran of the business, that started it all.

He built The McBride Team to give buyers and sellers one accountable group from the first call to closing day rather than a handoff between disconnected vendors. Noah still works with clients directly, leads the team's coaching, and runs its weekly training.

Noah lives in Evans with his wife, Holly, and their children. He holds a BBA from Augusta University.
